Schio: Science Festival in Northeast Italy

Schio, Festival della Scienza dell'Alto Vicentino
The exhibition was hosted during the Science Festival of Northeast Italy (https://www.fesav.it/), in Schio in the Veneto Region of Italy. The display was included in the core areas of the Festival, i.e. the halls of the “Lanificio Conte”, a XIX century factory and an industrial archaeology monument. The exhibition lasted for more than ten days, from the 15th to the 26th of October 2025, during which the festival has been visited by circa 10,000 people.
The exhibition was displayed in its interior, fine-art version, with almost 40 images across the turbines halls of the former factory. It was also accompanied by a closing event on the 25th of October, featuring the main author, Anna Baldo, former station chief for Italy in Ny-Alesund in Svalbard, and Roberta Fulci, scientific journalist for the national radio station Radio 3.
